We’re pleased to share that Lisa has been selected as a finalist for the Leadership Award at this year’s NAPA Awards.
NAPA is a national charity that supports meaningful activity, engagement and wellbeing across the care sector. For nearly 30 years, it has provided resources and guidance to care homes, health services, housing providers and community organisations throughout the UK.
Being recognised by NAPA is a real achievement, and we’re proud to see Lisa representing Crossways as a finalist.
Meaningful and engaging activities are an important part of everyday life at Crossways. They help our residents stay active, enjoy their interests, connect with others and get the most from each day.
Congratulations, Lisa, on this well-deserved recognition.
