February, despite its brevity, overflowed with vibrant celebrations and diverse activities. From marking the jubilant onset of Chinese New Year to indulging in the sweetness of Valentines Day, this month was a whirlwind of festivities. Amongst the highlights were commemorations of milestone birthdays, including a joyous 90th and a spirited 60th. Looking ahead, we eagerly anticipate our upcoming themed lunches, with our Chinese staff recently treating us to an array of their cherished recipes, and our Ghanaian colleagues gearing up to tantaliae our taste buds with their culinary delights.
