Our 38 thoughtfully designed bedrooms have been meticulously decorated to cater to the diverse needs of our residents. Our rooms come in a variety of sizes to ensure that each individual can find the perfect space. We encourage residents to bring personal items to make their room feel like their own.
To keep our residents entertained and connected, we provide a flat-screen television in each room. We also provide Wi-Fi access throughout our facility. Residents can easily stay in touch with friends and family, browse the internet or engage in online activities of their choice.

Our team is headed up by Sarah Stacey, who has been in the care industry for over twenty years. She joined Crossways in 2010 as the Business Manager and became the Home Manager in 2014. Sarah strives to ensure the effective delivery of holistic person-centred care in a safe environment in accordance with CQC standards. She leads by example and works with a dedicated team to provide high standards of care in a homely and happy environment. She has always maintained good relationships and works with the local authority and Sutton Clinical Commissioning Group. Sarah is the nursing home representative for Sutton.
