April has been a busy month with Birthday’s, including Dorothy’s 100th Birthday. Dorothy was joined by family, friends and resident friends to celebrate her special day. We also enjoyed afternoon entertainment with Dave and his accordion and Denny’s musical memories. On the few sunny afternoons, we had we were able to sit in the garden, enjoy the sunshine and watch the birds. We commemorated St George’s Day with lots of arts and crafts, cup cake decorating and a quiz. The children from the local nursery joined us for ‘songs & stories’. As always, it’s an absolute joy and so heartwarming to see the residents and children engage together. Be sure to read our newsletter to see what we’ve been up to this past month!
